Gregory, one chef of California , came the 30th of
January to our school and we went to the association to cook some pizzas and
cookies. After doing that, we asked some questions to him. Some of the answers
given us where the following ones:
First of all, he said that the best cooker for him is
Arzak because is a traditional and modern cooker. The best thing of California is the types
of vegetables we can find there, you can fined a rainbow of colors in the
vegetables: pink, red, green, purple, etc. But in his opinion the best ingredient
to cook is the passion.
